1 cup fresh coriander

2 tbsp lime juice

2 tbsp Rice Vinegar

1 tbsp Tamari

1/4 tbsp salt

Throw everything into your blender and wizz - it's that easy and fast!


This goes with everything and anything you fancy - I add it to kale and red cabbage for a yummy coleslaw.
